Vicenta Delgada, 61-years-old is fighting a brain tumor and multiple other sicknesses. She and her husband survive on her husband’s $1000 a month social security payments. For her food, she stands in line each week at the Philabundance Food Pantry in the deeply impoverished neighborhood of North Philadelphia. She cannot afford the nutritional supplements she needs to sustain her through her chemotherapy.
